组成 Composition

滤布是采用强化的粗网目(Nylon) 作为基布,其上涂有特殊接着剂,以长短不同的立毛纤维(Nylon),经高压静电处理技术将立毛纤维植入并牢固于基布上,且使立毛纤维皆呈现同方向倾斜。

The filter cloth uses coarse mesh (nylon) as the base fabric, painted with special adhesive, and then different lengths of standing hair fibers (nylon) are planted on the fabric by high electrostatic processing that makes all the fibers incline in the same direction.

特性 Characteristics

粗网目基布之开孔率高,具有高透水特性。

立毛纤维利用毛细管现象过滤游离水分,又能有效聚集污泥。

立毛纤维之高摩擦力,有效拦阻污泥防止侧漏。

脱水污泥仅与纤维毛端接触,污泥不易内渗阻塞滤布。

立毛纤维之恢复弹性佳,即使经高压脱水,亦可轻易弹离泥饼。

泥饼不沾黏滤布,易于剥落,清洗水用量少。

对于较难处理之含油污泥、黏性污泥、活性污泥等脱水效果显著。

立毛纤维(Nylon)有优异的耐油性且耐药性佳。

滤布接续采用可拆分SUS304钢扣加工,滤布更换快速便利

Coarse mesh fabric has high porosity with efficient water filtration.

The standing hair fibers (nylon) filter free water by capillary effect, effectively collecting dirt.

High friction levels of the standing hair fibers (nylon) effectively prevent mud sliding sideways.

Dehydrated dirt only comes in contact with the fiber tips and will not clog the filtering cloths easily.

The standing hair fibers are highly flexible, and can segregate mud cake easily even after high-pressure dehydration.

The mud cake can be removed from the filter cloth easily, saving time and cleaning water usage.

The dehydration effect is also significant for hard-to-treat mud, such as: greasy mud, sticky mud, and active mud, etc.

The standing hair fibers (nylon) are superior in grease and detergent tolerance.

The filter cloth is detachable by stainless steel button (SUS304), making cloth exchange easier and faster.

* 重力脫水 Gravity dehydration

滤布尚未加压时,立毛纤维呈倾斜站立状态;此时滤布开孔率大,游离水分轻易地被过滤,污泥保留于毛端。

The standing hair fibers are in the state of inclined standing before pressure is applied to the filter cloth. In this case, the pores of the filter cloth are relatively large, so that the free water can pass through while keeping the dirt on the fiber tips.

加壓脫水時 Pressure dehydration

加压脱水时,立毛纤维朝同方向倒下;顿时滤毛密度增加(防止污泥渗漏),污泥则被阻隔众集于高密度之滤毛上,藉由毛细管现象继续过滤脱水。

During pressure dehydration, the standing hair fibers will decline in the same direction, which increases the fiber density (preventing mud from passing through the pores). Mud will be blocked on the top of the fiber tips, while water will continue to be filtrated due to the capillary effect.

脫水後 After dehydration

脱水完成压力消失后,立毛纤维自动恢复弹性,并把泥饼顺势弹起、剥离,非使用刮刀将泥饼强制刮除。

The standing hair fibers will recover their flexibility automatically and bounce the mud cake off after dehydration pressure disappears. Use a scraper to further remove all remaining mud cakes.
